Before the Day

  • Book your VIP Day and kick-off call – Choose your date and secure your spot with a 50% deposit.

  • Work through your prep guide – Follow the simple steps to gather content, branding, and logins so everything’s ready to go.

  • Have your kick-off call – We’ll finalise your goals, priorities, and plan for the day.

During the Day

  • Stay in touch via WhatsApp – Quick, easy communication for updates and feedback.

  • I design while you relax (or work on your business) – 6 hours of focused design and setup, with updates along the way.

  • Review and refine – You’ll get to review the results and request any tweaks during the day.

After the Day

  • Launch your site – Everything is connected, tested, and ready to go live.

  • Follow-up support – 30 days of post-launch support for questions or small adjustments.

It's important to understand that when you book a Squarespace Website VIP Day, you are booking me for the day, not a specific set of deliverables. However, because of the prep work and kick-off call, everything you want will have been sent to me and agreed upon beforehand. I am an expert in the one-day website, and I will make complete use of our time together. I will provide you with a detailed prep guide in advance outlining everything I need from you—all materials must be completed and submitted before the VIP day. I will book out the entire day exclusively for you, but you will also need to be available throughout the day to review and agree on certain milestones and goals as we progress.

FAQs

  • To make sure that we can make the most out of our day together all strategy, content (website copy, images, fonts, graphics) must be supplied prior to the design day. I will also need your wish list of your web design edits in order of priority before the day.

    But don’t worry! I have lots of in depth information to guide you through the content creation process and what I need when.

  • You bet! I often do an entire basic website on a Squarespace Design Day

  • The actual Design Day is spent designing the desktop version of the website. Starting the day after (usually), I will design for mobile to ensure your site looks good on all the popular device sizes.

  • Depending on what platform your website is on and what content we need to keep, there are some options for transferring over data. Typically I find clients with an old website on these platforms just want a fresh start so I would build a brand new website with brand new content provided by you. We can discuss your particulars on a consult call.

  • You need to be virtually available throughout the day. Providing quick feedback will be the key to making the day a success. Our quick communication will prevent any unnecessary delays or wasted time.

  • During our consult call and strategy call I will be able to give you a very good idea of what I will be able to accomplish on your site.

    Although I work quickly and efficiently it is important to note that you are not purchasing an end result, but a block of my time.

    You have the option to book as many more full or half days that you want. If you prefer to follow the tutorial videos I provide and finish up yourself you can feel free to do that instead.

  • Yes. I provide 30 days of post support to answer questions about the work done on our Design Day together.

  • No worries! I work for people around the world. I am located in Athens, Greece but we can work out an arrangement and time that works for both of us. We can discuss this on a consult call.

  • I will advise which Squarespace plan you will need on the day, and this will depend on the complexity of your website. In most cases I will recommend the Business Plan.

    The current price of each Squarespace plan can be found here. As a Squarespace Circle Member, I receive a 20% discount for any annual plan.

  • If you need to reschedule your VIP day, you can do so within 5 business days of booking, and your deposit will be applied to your new date. Your new session must take place within 90 days of your original booking.

  • Yes you can. I have packages available for all your needs. When you have your discovery call I will be able to advise whether I think you will need any additional days.

    In one day I will be able to create a simple 1-3 page website, but if you require additional features then we can talk about ongoing support.
